Go to a botanical garden

Going on a picnic is like a bite-sized vacation. It’s the perfect excuse to break away from the everyday routine. Not only does time in the sunshine lead to a better mood and reduced stress levels, it also is a refreshing way to catch up with friends and bond with the family. Plus, it usually comes with a view, which makes it all the more fun to do. Just make sure you don’t forget the sunscreen!
Outdoor exercise combines two health-enhancing activities: moving your body and getting outdoors. Just the fresh air alone makes taking your physical activity outside feel relaxing. It’s also a very good way to help you feel grounded. deepen your connection to your environment and develop a better appreciation of your environment.
Hike a new trail
Whether you’re new to hiking or you’ve been hiking trails for years, take advantage of the warm weather to get moving and explore a new trail. Not only does it ignite a sense of adventure, immersing yourself in a completely new environment is a good way to give your mind a true break. No matter the distance or the difficulty level, any hike will benefit your mind and your body.
